If you have been to the Emergency Room we ask you to call and schedule your follow-up appointment with 48 hours of your ER visit.  Please call (423) 746-2445 and have your insurance information ready for the operator.

When you arrive, please have your insurance information and any x-ray or MRI results and films ready for our office staff.  

We respectfully request any cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance.
