Back Injuries are cited as the most common reason for employee absence.  We know 80% of these will resolve on their own. The other 20% can be quite costly with indirect and direct costs. Please call (423)746-2445 for a referral for injured workers. Employees are sent back to the work place with a Work Injury Status form stating any possible restrictions for his/her supervisor to maintain. You will be notified when a worker is unable to return to work safely. We know communication is imperative with work-related injuries, and we are pleased to make Dr. Robins, Matthew Miko, PA-C or another member of our staff available to you. To assist in that communication, we ask that you download the form below and send it to us prior to making your referral.
